Fruit medley:

225g approx mixed "ready to eat" Dried Fruits such as apricots, prunes, figs, pears soaked in 150ml Apple Juice
Creamy porridge made with Alpro soya Dairy Free Alternative to Milk served with a mixed dried fruit medley makes an ideal slow release carbohydrate breakfast to keep you going until lunch.
1. Place oats and Alpro soya dairy free milk alternative in a medium sized solid based pan. Stir gently over a low heat until simmering for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in the honey or sugar. Serve in a bowl sprinkled with demerera sugar accompanied by the soaked fruit medley.
