Soya bean production

Once they are harvested, the soya beans are rapidly shipped to our productions units in Belgium, France and the UK. Then we:

• Remove the beans’ outer skin
• Blanch them in hot water.
• Add fresh water and mill them into microscopic parts.
• Separate the soya milk from the pulp (okara)
• Add chocolate or fruit flavouring to the relevant products.
